Barbecue Team-Building Activity for the Production Department

  On April 5, 2022, to enrich everyone's leisure life and relax the tense nerves from busy work, under the active organization of Wu Lianggang (Deputy General Manager) and Tao Jiang (Plant Manager) from our company's Production Department, everyone brought the barbecue grills, charcoal fire, and seasoned ingredients prepared the night before, as well as tents, badminton balls, etc., to the barbecue area by the East Taihu Lake. The sun was shining brightly, and spring was in full bloom. Everyone worked together, with some responsible for lighting the fire, some for organizing the ingredients, and some for grilling. They grilled until the sky was filled with heat, eating to their hearts' content. Laughter and chatter filled the air. In the midst of the conversation and laughter, they forgot their worries, relieved their fatigue, and fully experienced the joy of outdoor team-building.
