Qualifications

• 1.College degree or above, with over 3 years of experience in developing non-standard automation equipment and a proven track record in designing custom automated machines.
• 2.Solid theoretical knowledge in mechanical automation, practical experience in mechanical structures, transmission systems, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, mechanical materials, and machining processes; capable of independently completing the development, design, and commissioning of full-scale automated equipment.
• 3.Proficient in using design software (e.g., CAD, SOLIDWORKS) and office software (e.g., OFFICE).
• 4.Skilled in selecting commonly used standard components from brands such as SMC, AirTAC, HIWIN, and MISUMI.
• 5.Prior experience in industrial robot applications is preferred.
• 6.Excellent communication skills, eager to learn, meticulous and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility, innovative spirit, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• 1.Responsible for preliminary solution design, cost estimation, and preparing a detailed list for automation equipment.
• 2.Responsible for designing mechanical structures and components, as well as material selection, for entire machines after project finalization.
• 3.Collaborate with electrical engineers to complete product design, assembly, and commissioning.
• 4.Be responsible for collecting and organizing technical documents, and preparing technical files such as BOM lists.
• 5.Assist business personnel in providing after-sales technical services for automation equipment.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• 1.Hands-on experience with jigs/fixtures, automation assembly, and commissioning; complete automation equipment assembly based on technical drawings, participate in equipment debugging, and troubleshoot faults.
• 2.Communicate, analyze and resolve issues encountered during equipment installation and commissioning.
• 3.Demonstrate active thinking, clear logic, and independent insights.
• 4.Conscientious and proactive with strong hands-on abilities; willing to follow work schedules and instructions.
• 5.Equipped with general mechanical knowledge and mechanical drawing interpretation skills; experience in automation equipment or production line assembly. Possess basic fitter skills, familiar with assembly processes and tools, proficient in using assembly equipment, and understand product principles.
